Nathan Dennis O'Connor arrived at 4:36am on Sunday October 7th, 2007! (so we finally decided it's time to enter the blog world)

Amber went into labor Thursday morning (the 4th)...that's right - 3 days of labor! ouch! Josh and Karleen drove down from San Francisco Friday, and Amber's parents came over as well to be there for Nate's first days. During a small break in her labor on Saturday, the six of us went to lunch...and in typical sitcom style, that's where her water broke! So, about 13 hours later Amber gave birth to a healthy 6lb 9oz baby boy. We spent the next couple days in the hospital recovering and getting to know little Nate.
