Here's a few quick pics from the trips to California and
to Utah. Kinley's enjoying getting a bit of food now,
and Nate is continuing to keep us on our toes.
Tonight Nate informed us that daddy was putting him to sleep because daddy's his favorite. Little dickens. He has spent much of the last week pretending to a pilot on our overstuffed chair or baking cakes. He is also starting to put on his clothes, which is making for some interesting inside-out backwards days. And for a few tantrums when I don't help straighten out his undies (it's hard to get all those parts in the right place) exactly the way daddy does. He has also informed me that he is growing his hair out (I have no idea where he heard that). So I am not allowed to cut it. At least we know that will make Juju happy. But the poor little guy is a little too old for his age sometimes. He & I went up to the attic last night to shut the skylight for a storm. He looked out the window at the van parked in the street - the street that massively flooded last month. He turned to me and said - "uh doh, we better move the van". He was worried it would flood again. L'il bugger.
And Kinley loves absolutely everything he does. She could smile at him all day. As long as there was some eating in the day too.
