You thought I was going to say Kinley, right? But no.
Nate is a mermaid today with sea plants growing on his head. Trying to explain it to Sean he said, "Have you ever had a toy stuck to your head dad? It's like that."
He also likes us to tie his legs together so he has a flipper.
The "mermaid" stage was preceded by a 2-week long obsession with being the "North expert" (and everyone was required to call him this at all times or he would say "You forgot my name silly.") The cutest part was when he was trying to do something with a toy and grew frustrated. He laid down on the floor and said very sadly "I'm not a north expert after all."
And he and Kinley played their first "game" together yesterday. Passing a toy (butterfly) back and forth between them. They were both quite happy with it.
